Hi all,

I am using staggered 19' forge rims but my tyres are all 245 35 both front and rear. Will there be any issue? Can they be rotated for both front and back since all the same size. Pls advice. Thanks.

Saw his rims.. he is using M3 19" forge rims. But i still dunno about the width

Re: Staggered Rims but not using Staggered Tyres

no wonder he want to run "narrow" tyres at the rear

19" x 8.5 front, what about rear?

Re: Staggered Rims but not using Staggered Tyres

Not too sure about it. How to check? Can advice?

Re: Staggered Rims but not using Staggered Tyres

I think mine front is 19" x 8.5" 29mm offset and rear is 19" x 9.5" 23mm offset. I am currently using Michelin PSS 235 35 for front and rear. Can advice if the tyre for rear will be a problem? Need help from seniors.

Correct sizing for the rear should be 265.

Bro. 235mm tyres can fit rims with width ranging 8" - 9.5". So for your front rim with 8.5" shoukd be fine. For 9.5" rear rims, it still can fit but very stretch so high chances of kerb rashes.

Re: Staggered Rims but not using Staggered Tyres

Can't have your cake and eat it too bro...

Its either staggered tyres matched with staggered rims or 1 size fits all same sized rims front and back...l.

Re: Staggered Rims but not using Staggered Tyres

May I ask: how did u end up with this set up?
Someone sold to you as a set, or u bought tires and rims separately?

Rims bought from his friend.. Tyres from Yap Brothers

Re: Staggered Rims but not using Staggered Tyres

You normally wear size 9.

For a 24-km road march, would you wear a size 8.5 or a size 10 boots? Why not?
