I support the move for this one. Seen so many trucks, vans and taxi with engine idling, aircon on and sleep inside. For personal comfort with the expense of others smelling ur carbon monoxide

Imagine is a raining and stormy day.. Ur kid is sick and have to pick him up from school.. No place to park so you go to a nearby open air carpark and wait.. Raining cats and dogs so u cannot wind down window

If it is truly an open air carpark with no one in sight, you have a valid point.
Else, with residential areas nearby, not fair for many others to smell your exhaust fumes based on your individual cause.

The wardens will normally not appear during rainy days but then this doesn't mean other car owners or passer by can't report u

I believe he goes to H81 because of limited space in his car. Try to imagine him with bui chee Polla in his car.

Actually, if you go park and piak in some deserted places like Neo Tiew, no one will care and no aunties or LTA officer will give you summons. Just that Jon doesn't know how to drive there.
He scared his car dirty too.
But if someone parks below my block with the engine on, and I live on the second floor, it is arguable whether the driver has his rights, BUT I certainly have my rights to detest that. Can I not KPKB and applaud the enforcement? Or I have to smell and breathe his exhaust fumes?
Give and take lah.... wanna park with engine on, stay far far away, make sure no one - including enforcement officers - around.
You cannot insult Mrs Lee like that leh !!!

Acherly, I have to make 2 corrections to laMWyer's assertion about simi Mambo exos and free car wash.
a. The runway, I mean, driveway at my GCB is so long that I acherly need electric buggy to drive up to the house, so park there also I dunno because cannot hear.
b. Maid does the plant watering, prease report factually.
