i think speeding is rather relative, like maybe the TP who clocked you on his radar gun, should tele it with your speedo, anything within 50-60% is consider safe speed, 60-70% .. is fast and >80% than consider speeding.. Hope our residenct gaylord lawyer can write this proposal to the authority for implementation ...
