I see. Thanks for highlighting. Totally noob to BMW cars. What is the key difference betw M sports and non sports version? Cosmetic and performance?

If you buy an N54 or N55, be sure to change the oil a lot more often than what BMW recommends. These turbocharged engines run extremely hot, so viscosity breakdown happens much faster than in naturally aspirated engines. With 120C+ oil temps being the norm, sludge will form over time.
I would change transmission fluid as soon as I got the car.

I push my N54 quite hard with high boost, so I change out the Motul x-cess 8100 5W40 every 5k km.

The beauty of a turbocharged car is that turning up the boost is almost like having more displacement.
Make sure to save some cash for mods.
