Guess what? I tried taking a slightly longer way through arab street that side to go via ECP and going up the bridge from where the marina exit is, there is an ERP gantry there too!! Fkin assholes.

its just got better, we have 2 north bound gantries in the evening, just like the morning south bound traffic.althaus;265082 said:

Hi forummers... woah.... it's really been a while since I last posted! Well.... It's nice to go back to the forum to read such an amusing post/letter. No offence, I like to commend..well who was that who wrote the letter? Nevermind... commend that person la. But honestly why I'm so amused is that why you guys even bother...
No offence but I think anybody who cannot see that right from Day 1, the idea of having an efficient way of deducting money from you aka ERP has nothing to do with clearing traffic and attending to public interest, is either not Singaporean, blind or plain dumbf@#k.
I mean we all (hopefully) know that what. Right from Day 1 we all know that ERP and fixing IU's in our vehicles are all just simple plain cheap investment that in no time will reap big rewards. Damn good la. I think one day also I want to be part of the govt. Earn big big, Just create the system, make sure it runs well and no loopholes, then when I feel at anytime my pocket not overflowing, just put up ERP gantries here there everywhere la..... simple what. It's not hard to calculate how much they earn from each gantry at any given time. One morning takings can already pay for the cost of setting up a few grantries.
It's also very sad, despite valiant efforts of writing letters, putting opinion forth, that we still believe that they sincerely wants to listen to us. Kidding or what?! Don't need to waste time la.....
In short, not happy just go somewhere else la. Simple. I mean even they were honest to us about it some years back... ie the Quitters / Stayers issue. To me that's a very clear message. Simply put it, being born Singaporeans means nothing these days. Fullstop. So deal with it....
