Totally New 5 series

Hi all,

I chanced upon the following pictures while surfing, wonder if it is true the new 5 series will look like that. if yes, then i think i have found my next car.

if anyone here can confirm, it would be good. i heard it could be available as soon as 1st quarter next yr.

Oh ok mate, i thought this so called 'NEW' 5 series looks good.

Btw bro, not sure if this is true, the current 525 is going for 163k. My colleague told me his SE showed him that price.

Too good to be true.... Nowadays selling price peg to loan quantum.... take high loan, give you low purchasing price. interest kill, premature selling will tear one ass....
Having say so no amt of loan will get you this price, think abt it, if 525 sell at this price, what say you of the 520 pricing?

If its really $163k for the 525 I'm gonna head to the showroom this weekend.
Been monitoring the prices for the last 2-3 mths and it seems the lowest for the 2008 523 was 165k. Still undecided as the new 5 series shld be due in late 2009 or early 2010. A new E60 now would mean quite severe depreciation : ( unless the price now is right ....

I think BeemerX is right, $163K is probably the 520. My friend just bought the 523 at $183K last month, so I don't see how the 525 can suddenly be so much cheaper.

IMO...

The front doesnt really look THAT attractive.

The lines on the hood... The headlights...
Just dont match la.. Thats just imo.

I think 520 is cheaper than $163K if I remember correctly... Was quote $168K for the 523 few weeks back...
