Hi guys is it ok to change rear tyres different brand from front tyres? i asked around, becuase ofour E90 rear tyres size is different from the front, so price also different.....

Front/Rear different as in staggered right?
IMO, I think it is still better to change whole set but if forced upon, stay with same brand & model as the front tyre. If different, ensure e rear has better grip (both dry/wet) over e front.

what makes u think all "guys" here?
anyway, with regards to your query hor...it seems like u r on staggered. and that being said, it can be different but its a rear wheel drive, so do spend some money on better ones for the rear tyres.

speaking about that...i need to buy tyres...sigh...
and i am on different brands at the moment. $^#@#$!^

It is fine as long as u are using same tyres for the same axle.

I am on CSC 5 front and PSP on the Rear ...

No problem ... new is old and rear is new ...

As long as the rear tyres are same or front is the same is okie liao ...
confirmed by 2 tyre shops in ubi ... one of them is a sponsor here ...

Hmm... is this a maths problem? new=old, and rear=new..... so therefore, rear=old? =P

What is the quote for Goodyear F1 Ays2(Spec you asked)? I still find it is one of the best and value for money tyres.
