Isn't Unichip a piggyback ECU which alters the amount of gasoline entering the cylinder for combustion? Will it interfere with existing BMW ECU? Any dyno done to see the torque / hp curve?

I am very interested if there's really gain without interfering into the existing OEM ECU. Btw mine's a E-90 320i.
