DOC, you most welcome. I might not be joining you guys from the start point. so count me out for now. as I'm not sure will there be kuku traffic starts earlier SUN morning at woodland checkpoint.
as for the convoy, here my suggestion.
just appoint the convoy group leader. then moving out that time just split the cars into batch by slotting convoy leader and sweeper into the lines of car. we're driving car, not bicycle or motorbike. can't see each other that clearly.

i was thinking, at the carpark meetup, the convoy leaders and sweepers come a bit earlier. then as the cars come in, we can direct them into two lines straight away, convoy 1 on the left, convoy 2 on the right. then heading out that time, convoy 1 go first, followed by convoy 2.
