It is quite easy to miss the entrance of the road leading to Keppel Island. Personally I missed it a few times and had to U-turn around Telok Blangah Road to go one big round (sometimes passing the same white ants on those overhead bridges enroute).

Tip - After you pass Vivocity and then the big junction leading to Harborfront, slow down immediately and look out for this landmark sign:
