how you guys maintain the warranty by workshop which the car required to service by the warranty provider workshop?

Depends how much you want their warranty and whether the warranty is worth it or not . If you are talking about PI or 2nd hand seller I guess .

From my past experience, best is fix everything to your satisfaction before handover of car. Any warranty is bonus.
Most of the time the dealer's so called workshop is not specialized in bmw hence dont expect workmanship to be good.

Usually the warranty will require that the car be regularly serviced with genuine parts (with receipts to proof, probably) but it SHOULD NOT be tied to a particular workshop (by law, I believe).

The moment it is tuned, modded with aftermarket performance parts etc, will usually render the entire warranty void
