Vibration noise

Hi not sure if this is the right folder to ask. I have some vibration noise coming from the back of the roof. See attached pic. I tried hitting gently at it and it worked for a while. The vibration has now come back. Is there a permanent solution to this? Thks.

Happened to my previous Jap ride. Could hear faint outside noise when travelling, occasional vibration sound from the rear. The whole rear windscreen was dislodged. The rubber seal no more glue (dried up or something). Changed to a new seal with glue and all ok.

How did I find out? Close the rear passenger door fast and firmly, and could see the rear windscreen 'pop' up and back due to the air pressure build up when closing the door!
