It's definitely jealousy... he's even complaining about the neighbor using a vacuum pump to clean up the road!

I would LOVE to live in such a nice neighborhood... it adds perceived value to my property!

haha this i def. agree, makes the estate tt much more exclusive..
besides, you'd be sure your car's safe outside. the neighbour's gonna be more worried than ya...

once a dealer told me too many expensive cars were towed back cos never pay installment till no place park... now market down 25% very possible kekekekeke... seriously this pple must be quite "big shot" if not where got yellow lines removed just becos personal use..
