West Coast Highway

Guys,

anyone out there, ever like driving along west coast highway?

I use this road often to link to ECP. Today, was enjoying my ride and there is this dark blue IS250 who trail closely behind. Far approaching the front is a truck on the middle lane, this guy over took me (from fast lane) and drive parallel, apparently trying to cut in before he hits that truck. As I am new to my F10, I have barely made him wanna squeeze in but then, he back up.

This remind me that I missed my 3 as is my agile and zippy. F10 is big and not that comfortable yet to drive fast. Still adjusting.

i use this road most of the time......lots of big (trucks and containers).

Heard pple said there is a hidden speed camera under the highway fly over.

Drive carefully...Lots of trucks there, especially during the peak hours.

i use it as an alternative to AYE cos it's usually smooth flowing (unless if a trailer or sorts breaks down)... be careful of the large trailers, but they are usually on the left. i usually hit 90kph but if somebody drives faster i just give way.. no point racing with them

i use the road for going to work and coming home if not going somewhere.

haha, no i am born here :-D PRL is just my nickname.

oh really, got hidden speed camera ? then the films will run out fast .. lorries, trucks and cars tend to drive fast on this stretch of road. speed limit is 70km, but who is driving at this speed?

thanks guys, yes safe driving is No 1.

i hv came across one lorry, speed label is 60km/h but just beside me which i am near 100km. but then, they start to realize they are besides a car and slow down.

i used to take AYE then ECP but since moving to west coast area, i take the west coast highway. the night drive is good and smooth. with the view of the sea, just like Highway 1 but of course, far from comparison :-D

are u staying in Dover and that's how u got this name? I am one of those en-bloc case and had surrender the keys to HDB this yr.
