What Could Be the Problem-E90

Re: What Could Be the Problem-E90

good luck to us vexxus, come to think of it , after reading other fellow beemer's problem here, ignition coils and plugs change seems a small price to pay comparing to the over hauls and engine being turned upside downs.

Yep possible, same as me

Not too pricey.. like 100 per coil? Or lower?

I bought the BOSCH ignition coil from stockist @ 35 bucks per piece. Anyway, I have this engine shaking/vibration @ idle issue but the RPM doesnt move much then. Could it be the VANOS solenoid ? or the MAF sensor needs cleaning ? It happened after i changed my VANOS seal.

Re: What Could Be the Problem-E90

If you are going to replace the water pump, take the opportunity to check the hoses and fill it up with distilled water.

Re: What Could Be the Problem-E90

i had a similar experience, but with additional symptom - transmission error icon lights up. Ended up need to change the valve body assembly, costing $2,800.

E90 - 2006 323i

Done that, just realized that if the air cond fan is off the vibration reduces significantly
