wah if you have the secret method, do educate me too. I have been coughing my lungs out for the past two weeks already and i am still at this. There was some old wife's tale that some coughs last 100days.

To stop coughingw/o medication = NIL.
To improve the coughing state = Yes. There is the natural way via type of food. However, need to know what kind of cough, e dry or 'flammi' (pardon this spelling).

If $$$ is not a problem..high quality double boil bird's nest,manuka honey/yummi house honey,hepa air purifier,negative ion generator,dustmites vacuum cleaner cum air cleaner(water technology).
It will take longer time than medication but will prevent cough if taken/use regularly.

....hmmm...when i have cough , i'll gather sum bitter & sweet almonds...boil in water 2gether lor....helps me ley...dunno if will work 4 u...

..won't put red dates...cos red dates heaty...dunno u r having dry or cold cough...

....easy 2 make sum more...gd 4 lazy ppl...i am one.....
