What is the Idle RPM for F10? (2013 Models Onwards)

My F10 is a 2012 Model and recently I got the car's software updated so now it has the 2014 software. After the update I noticed the car being much smoother during acceleration but also my idle RPM is always around 900. Any bros with the LCI F10 can let me know what their idle RPM is? Thanks!

Should be around 800-850rpm..........

Different engine have different idling speed.
For the same engine, it will be idling at same speed be it in E30 or G30.
To compare apple to apple, you should specify your engine too.

mine N20 engine idle at 850rpm with aircon on. Aircon off dropped down to about 700rpm

Mine is N20 engine also…will check again with aircon off...

Mine is N54 and its idling is 700...

Mine too at 700 rpm, Aircon off, and 850 rpm w Aircon on. However, I can feel a little vibration from the car/engine with the Aircon and compressor running. Anyone share the same experience from the n20 520?

Mine is 2012 model...but pre-lci...

I had thought lci is 2014 model available from 2013...

My pre-lci...when it still had 2012 software. Although it was updated earlier this year, but I didn't really notice any change in idle rpm. Yes, car was smoother and more powerful in the first few weeks after update. After update, I had recurring "service due since 01/2000". MA fixed it by doing a don't know what overall reset.

BTW, ask you all, does your radiator fan come on very often and loudly?

Like say if cruise on expressway for 10km and engine oil is quite hot (in between the 95c second line and 120c middle line), does your fan come on full blast when you exit the e-way and stop at first traffic light? Full blast about 10-15s.
