I realised that you can bullshit something if it makes common sense. Bullshit these days sell for alot. But I really dont know what the staff at PML is all about. Are they even mechanics working there or just trainees? Very questionable when you are paying this much for service and getting crap. It appears something somewhere is pathetically wrong throughout the whole hierarchy in PML otherwise there wont be this magnitude of complaints from various BMW owners.
Gadaffi, get PML to do a leakdown test and/or compression test to ensure that your engine is not burning oil due to bad valves or piston rings that have gone bad. It is highly unusual for oil to be used up this much at such short time. BMW engines consumes a little bit of oil but not to this extent. Get them to check the oil sensor too. Hate the idea of sensors like these as they are highly inaccurate. The dipstick system works much better than anything else.
