Cranky wiper blades but that could happen to other models too!

Do you use a windshield polish like RainX? I used to on my JDM and it hardens the blades.

Were those very common problem for 335? How much does it costs you???

Re: What problems have u encounter on your 335 so far?

No technical issue for my ride at all (yes, not even HPFP), except for:

~ attaining the "pariah" status and facing the regular verbal bashing from naturally aspirated purists friends....
~ having friends who, in the e46 days, used to ask you to get at least a 6-potter (330 if possible), but now they say 335 might as well get just get 325....
~ having friends who swore by the car with "utmost conviction" only to see them back-peddling after a while.....

I did have a DME replaced because a site sponsor workshop screwed up my boost pin while installing a piggyback. That was way before I found Juice Box.

CEL came on only once in the 40,000 km so far - for O2 Sensors after some exhaust works.

Nope. The wipers are not jumpy. They don't stop at the resting place, sometime they swipe too many times even if I activate just one swipe. The worse is when it just stops in the middle of the windscreen.

Changed the relay and it seems better but still cranky. Probably the wiring harness or the motor is not functioning well.

HFPP is a global issue, since 2006. No solution, other than outright replacement. Cost of a HPFP is around $800-900 from Eng Soon, but you have to add labour and what-not......

ABS pump and boost solenoid not a common issue.

Check with Dre at Boss. All our pre- and post-JB dynoes are with him. Ballpark at least +80bhp and 180 NM gain, depending on other complementary mods.

oh..and my wiper liquid container.....cracked near the top.
used to have wiper warning even though the water is fulled.

Re: What problems have u encounter on your 335 so far?

My 335 problems:

1. Wife n myself fight over the 335 as to who should drive it. Very soon, when yours Beng junior obtain his driving licence, this will become a 3-way battle

2. I buy 335 to drive, my chao neighbour buay song. Say my exhaust loud when I fire up engine in morning or during wee hours. Say I frighten his cat.

3. Go malaysia, MY TP hiadee ask for more kopi lui than when I drive my 320i

4. Every day to/from work, kena jio to race by Jazz, Swift Sports, Type-Rs, WRX, EVOs, Merc, Audis and fellow BMWs, etc etc. Bully my detuned stock 335. Never a day passes by peacefully

5. When I overtake M car, kena bashed as Pariah. When I overtaken by M cars, kena suaned turbo-lag.

6. Once parked at Sixth Avenue, one chao ang moh commented "cheap fast car"

7. My company CFO drive 325 E93. I drive 335 E92, he say i overpaid when his pay is double mine.

These are my 7 deadly 335 sins.:shakehea:

Haha..

4: I think they like to race/tailgate all bimmers.. I noticed particularly Altis and Vios drivers have gotten more aggressive around me since I got my E92.. but since mine only 4-potter I just let them be.

6: Oooh.. jealousy from the chao ang mo... cheer up bro, he must be quite bitter/sour to say a thing like that :)

7: My big boss saw my car and said "Wah! Nice car.. mine cheap car lah".. I know I'm doomed.. :oooops: Lucky I never get the F10 523i Highline or the E250 Coupe as originally planned.

Re: What problems have u encounter on your 335 so far?

My main objective, can 'overtake', '0-100' , 'blocked' all turbo-diseal Taxi in Singapore, including those modded one, like Skoda......then I am contented leow..

Re: What problems have u encounter on your 335 so far?

The 6 potter of BMW will hardly ever leak... at most valve seal need to be replaced at 100km. This one David from Boss tell me one.....

I agree with most of the working class here that driving your chio E92 or E93 is suicidal if your boss have self esteem issue which could developed into depression, ultimately pitting you for the job when he is gone...
