What tyre pressure(F10)

Am driving a F10 528i on stock 18 rims with Michelin PSS 245/45/18(100Y).

B pillar sticker says 230/250 kpa for 3 adults, and 260/310kpa for full load.

Want to check what brothers use. Do you follow these pressures?

I pump 250 rear and 230 front. Always carry 1 other adult and 1 kid

I didn't complete PSLE and my calculator jiak kerosene. Can save me the agony and sharing 245/45/18(100Y) needs how much psi?
