I'll do what I did for my old car.. only functional bodykits will be considered.
most important would be performance and handling, like porting and polishing, final drive ratio upgrade, clutch and flywheel, brakes, control arms, bushings etc

after that good tyres like Pirellis or Michelins. Exhaust can always wait since it doesn't provide that much gain except in the headers.

ICE and rims are pointless for me

currently driving a honda...

everyone has their own choices obviously

I go all out for performance while others like their cars to look nice as well. It's about finding the balance I guess.

All cars are similar in one way or other. But BMWs have more complex electrical systems, and parts are much more expensive. Parts are still widely available of course, ranging from brakes, LSDs, suspension components, short shifters, headers to cosmetic stuff like angel eyes, spoilers, LED tail lamps etc.

Supercharging is good thats true, but laws in SG makes things tricky to say the least. Laws aside, I would gladly install a ESS supercharger on an E46

i would say rims first before anything else (aesthetics wise). car looks weird with stock 16" or 17" rims even with the fiercest bodykit...

2. change rims ( 20in deep dish vertini)

3. performance ( custom intake and possible exhaust if I find out how to make it quad)
