whats the value for money performance tire?

whats the reasonably priced tire for 20inches? that is comfy and have quite a good grip? anyone tried hankook tires? PS2 is out of my budget.... looking at pirellis and yokohama advant sport... any reviews on this bros?

pirellis r not cheap. they hv soft compound....excellent in the beginning..after that...u suffer. wear rate is xtremely high.

try dunlop sportsmaxx.

For VFM performance tyres, think you can explore:
- Federal S595s
- Hankook RS-2s
- pardon me?pardon me?pardon me?ho Ecsta SPTs
- Goodyear Eagle F1 (Made in China variant)

For 20" you may have to special order in advance tho'.

i'm using the yokohama advan sport now and so far so good. quite silent as the lines are not v-shaped like the goodyear eagle f1 tyres. pirelli for quite some shops i heard its not warrantyed, as it has a tendancy to burst or wadsoever. my fren's using the goodyear tyres now and less than a week lumps appear alreadi. or u might wanna try the falken fk-452. it comes in 20 inch and i believe theres stock.

Usually these performance tires are about the same price and mae performance. Nothing too drastic unless u are looking at PS2 or Pirelli. Had a set of Rossos on my ex-car. Lasted on 16,000km. Wear rate extremely high but when its working, its great! Think the wear rate was about 180-220... Correct me if i'm wrong.

conti is expensive la....anyway..he is talking 20 inch. good luck...there aint cheap 20 inich tires around. cheap tires r made for masses. masses do not wear 20 inch shoes.

best bet for him is to go for any reputable brand....dun take the max perfomance tires...go one range down like preceda etc. go jap even cheaper. buy any falken, bridgestone, yoko thats one notch down can leow.
