Hi, I am interested in getting a used f10 523i or 520i. Does anyone know how to identify a f10 that has been used by delegates and then later sold at a discount?

How about looking at the year and month of the airshow and try to deduce which batch is used for the airshow?

Maybe look at the omv as airshow cars are heard to be generally low specs hence lower omv.

i know e60 for airshow interior trim are grey colour. not the brushed aluminum or wood. but then again its really a tough question.

they said it was the low exchange rate. but even then the e200 had an omv of 52k

The OMV for BMW is always lower than Mercedes and Mercedes comes with very basic specifications. For example, the GPS and reverse camera are aftermarket installation and not originally from Germany. I wonder why the difference in OMV?

the problem is selling price does not proportion with omv
last time e60 525 omv as high as $60k
now f10 528 as e60 525 replacement omv is only $40k-ish
leave coe out ... using the car cost ...
you know that dealer making higher profit with lower omv

low omv does not mean lower selling price
this means more are paid as "premium" to dealer profit margin

same goes to used car ... low omv does not mean cheaper because used car price is benchmarked with new car
