Which Tyre will you choose? I need good wet weather tyres

Contestants for my E66 are

Good year F1

Michelin PS2 or Pilot 3

CSC3 or CSC5

Bridgestone

Any bro know the recents prices?

GY Eagle F1 Asym 2 for balance performance and comfort, and good value for money.

Michelin PSS for ultimate grip but expensive.

CSC 5P for grip and comfort, but quite expensive.

BS S001 better not, as expensive and not so comfortable.

HK s1 Evo good and cheap.

Prices would depend on size. Got my F1 Asym 2 245/40R18 for $350 each about 6 months ago, cheaper than RE001 (which has lousy grip and almost half worn in 5,000km). Both PSS and S001 were going for $400-450 at that time. Not sure about 5P. Think s1 Evo was around $300.

If budget no constraint definitely PSS. Otherwise can try import Continental DW from US? Price very attractive.

Should try Yokohama Advan Sport...now factory setting for SLK 350 and above....

his only criteria is wet. ps2 n csc3 r all 1 grade higher....definitely more expensive. i dunno bridgestones...but they r heavier.

PS3....comfy n good for wet. cheap too.

+1 just changed on Friday to PS3 and drove on Sat to KL. Good grip, good on wet road, quiet (compared to my previous RFT) and didn't burn a hole in the pocket. Overall.....quite happy.:woottt:

I personally will go with Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 as it's a great allrounder and it's cheaper too!

How much is PS3 at 245/40R18 size? I paid $350 for F1 Asym 2 at this size. PSS at this size is $450 I think. Does PS3 have better wet and dry grips than F1 Asym 2 during high speed cornering?
