very debatable. in the end both drivers will claim from their own insurance and the insurance company wins.

My guess - insurance will bill BOTH PARTIES.

easy ... 50:50 at fault. both parties share blame.

EVERYONE (except insurance company of cos!) share cost as our insurance premiums are used to pay for idiotic acts by such drivers ... next year GIA say not profitable again, increase premiums across the board!

Doesn't change the fact that there will still be diverse perspectives and attitudes on the roads.

And hence, accidents.
