Hi guys, met in an accident into a 3 car pile up today My front is dented and need some help or if anyone got lobang for workshop when it's open after CNY. It's not that bad as the first middle car. Do let me know if you guys know any cheap and reliable workshop. Thanks again and happy new year.

Don't think I can claim the other car cos I'm the last car. Some say all will claim against me. However, the situation is Car A jam break. Car B smash into car A. After 2 sec, I couldn't break in time, I kissed car B. What I understand from the situation just now is Car A wants to claim from Car B. while I talked to car B and told him his front is more serious than the back. So I can pay for the bumper to knock back. Mine however, I guess hopefully, I have to pay myself. So I'm looking for a workshop as I've just changed to BMW recently and not sure if there is specific attention needed for repairs compared to jap cars. Sorry for my poor knowledge in advance. Any advice would be appreciated.

Bro. from the pics. it's just very minor dent. Hope car B wont claim your insurance else next yr u gotta pay more for insurance.

car 1st will claim againest car 2nd. (third party)
car 2nd will claim Own Damage. (OD)
for your car. just repair your own.

Another more common likelihood is both cars claim last car, very common.
its best that you submit your accident report ASAP

Unlikely to succeed in this case especially if the front 2 cars damage alot more serious. This light damage here could not have caused the major damage.

in chain collision A claim B claim C
in your situation B seems more fault but possibly claim you
hopefully you got in car video to prove your case .. if claim you but small amount

Unlikely can do private settlement for chain collision, unless all parties dun make any claim, otherwise insurance co. will require to know all details before they can work on which party to claim.

Whichever case, the last car sure lugi, have to at least pay for damage cause to the car in front.

I have the misfortune to encounter similar incident, im the last car & couldn't brake in time due to slight down slope on wet road. My front almost bo dai ji, but still other ride claim against me..

Better to make accident report..

Okay,let's say if car B claim from me, I think the damage from him car bumper wouldn't exceed more than $500 bucks. Just wondering that if my excess is $900. How does the claim go about cos it's as good as me settling outside.

Perhaps you need to calculate the total costs all in all... cost of fixing your car. Cost of fixing his car. Loss of use for both. Potential pain and suffering. Injury.

Bro,frm my understanding excess is when u claim ur own insurance then u pay tat amount plus gst. Then when u renew ur insurance sure kana. Then if he claim ur insurance rite,his workshop wil settle n all cost include repair plus lawyer fee,kopi money n loss of use. Car rental all tat. So its really hard 2 say how much they wil claim against u. Bt since already kana. Let insurance settle. Most impt is no injuries. Lang bo dai ji jiu hao.

One of the bros kena same accident like yours.
The 2nd car, ie in front of him got slight damage so he tot few hundred bucks.
End up it went to tan Chong and came back with a 5k bill.
Its best to leave it to insurance to settle

oh bro deepster ,let your insurance settled then.if want to settle privately,they surely will take their parang and 关刀 out to chop you.like example their cars go for repair for 2 days,they will rent car and claim against you as well.i kana be4

Yah, drive safe guys. Keep a safe distance n don't be a hero, esp during this rainy season. Just yesterday I saw 3 accidents within 30 mins...1 yellow cab skidded and went onto a grass patch at PIE Bedok North Exit...
