Would you guys do your bodykits in JB?

Hi guys,

just want to check whether will you guys do up your new bodykits in J.B ?

I mean is it safe and what are the precautions to take ?

I'm simply worried for the safety of my ride if it's brought to J.B for fitting up of bodykits.

Please give me your 2 cents worth.

I know it's definitely cheaper there but is it worth the trouble.

The perception on JB is totally wrong. Its worth the trouble if the bodykit you install is of good quality and good workmanship. I know this workshop and definitely cheaper and better than in Singapore.

if replica kit, jb is cheap
if oem / original kit, sg price is comparable and actually better value in view that workshop quality is good

Replica quality, not worth the savings.... too shoddy... seen too many in e46 days.... regret factor is high...

if it's custom made then it's ok..they can custom kits to ur liking..one of forummer did some body work like rolling fenders to become wider, bigger!! job quite well done and spend half of sg price..

definitely ther r workshop in JB doing repica bodykits... i hav seen in my own eyes even proton gen2 can convert to a 1 series... but how good the workmanship is somethg unknown... but jus let me remind u that u got to queue wif all the proton cars..... mayb they swop ur original to their cars.... LOL.....

paint quality is the usual suspect for replicas.

my fren kanna lousy paint work on replica bodykit in JB.
At first happy like bird, after sometime will see wrinkles , pimples, etc

however, i believe there are good quality replicas too, just that i dun know of any yet
any bro know of good quality replicas in JB?

I regretted big time when I used replicas and custom made kits. Quality can't make it. I will only do original for my BMW else I will rather leave it as stock.

wait for bmw great singapore sales once a year.
the last offer in october, lci m-sport kit is < $3k (all in) which is even cheaper than outside workshop
