Okay.. I can't afford but then.. This project damn bodoh... Imagine in the morning... I take lift down.. Car reach level 1... Shit.. Forgot car keys.. Sent car up again coz can't be jamming the lift... Go up take keys... Rush.. Forgot to bring the car down.. Must wait for the car to turn on the turn table.. Then wait for car to take lift down... Sure late for work sial... But then again.. Can stay there sure boss.. Don't need to be on time

cannot access car from house ( even its right under ur nose )
cannot wipe car in the middle of the night if im bored... cannot wax my car in the sky...
and the building is beige in colour for farks sake.....

i think the biggest flaw is not being able to access the car from inside. totally ruins it for car lovers. totally no point liao. it was prob built by non car ppl. might as well park a giant elephant there and send it up n down for fun.

I'm pointing out the flaws & the deal-breakers (chiefly: cannot access the car from inside) here simply because I sour grapes. I can't afford $9.5 million & I certainly can't afford an Aston & a Lambo in my garage.

Two questions:
1. What happens during power outage?
2. How long is the wait during rush hours when many homeowners need to get to work, or back from work? I suspect they would need a valet team especially in the evening to park the backlog of cars waiting to be hoisted up to the apartment...
