What's happening, are times so good/ bad that people are upgrading / downgrading from their M5s? Just browsed SGCarMart and there are 3 2012 MA M5s for sale with relatively low mileages.... what gives?

2013 BMW M5, M6 Recalled For Potential Engine Failure - The Washington Post

These were manufactured before July 2012, shouldn't have any oil pump issues.

2 owners because :
1. 1st hand reg by MA (either test drive car or mgt car ) then sold to a new owner
or
2. 2nd owner is actually the real first owner. The first owner reg was under MA for some undisclosed reason (s)
Quite many M cars are like that here.

Does MA offer big discounts for their test drive units? I wonder if the test drivers could redline the rpm before the new M5s were run in? Does anyone know if the ECU will prevent that for reliability reasons?

Actually, test drive car and brand new car price difference maybe only $10,000. Depending on who is buying.
