Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

frankenstein BBKs.

kidding... wilwoods

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

yo louis,

Go to kaki bukit South East tires, they sell Eibach 12mm 15mm 20mm spacers! Swee Swee Quality one!

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

BS,

but those don't come with bolts right?

i need someone who flies to US often to help me bring in some rogue engineering ones. they're quoting me 100USD for shipping alone. wah piang....... somemore i need 4....

know anyone who fits the bill?

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

Louis, they supply the bolts for thier spacers as well. As far as I have seen with AC, RE and Eibach/H&R, I still feel storngly that Eibach spacers are more superior leh...

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

BS,

since you change spacers like you change underwear, i shall heed your words and do some research on eibach spacers.

i always thought spacers were just metal lor....like glorified washers like that. never knew quality mattered...... just price.....muahaha

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

try rotating them at a few thousand rounds per min clamping onto a 10-13kg mass of spinning alloys and the difference will suffice. heee

Any idea on the pricing for a set of these spacers with bolts from SE?

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

The Eibach and H&R look nice coz all those fancy brand names embossed all over the spacers. Material wise, it's bout the same. Anyway, those are trusted brands together with Rogue Engineering which has found many buyers all over the world.

For the 12mm, they sell 250bux with longer bolts.

Just for everyone's guide,...when u buy a pair of spacers, they should always come with the longer matching bolts. If they dont, don't buy em.

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

jack,

sorry to keep asking man, but you're the suspension guru.......any idea if my tires will rub with 15mm spacers all around?

I have a friend that runs a metal fab factory. He has lathes, fab equipment, and access to various types of stainless steel. I was thinking of asking him to fab a few sets for trial and error. However, I would still need bolts to match... if I get these spacers done, where can I find longer bolts?

Not sure if just 12mm will do for me. My wheels are the OEM type 135, but somehow they look very sunken in on my E46 coupe. I reckon that I could easily fit 20-25mm man.

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

wheel bolts can be bought from most rim shops. for eg, hurry quoted me $15 a bolt.

$15 per bolt? That's $300 for 4 wheels.. My goodness, they'd better be some exotic material man. Even those glitzy RAYS ones are cheaper.

Checked with Mr Tan before, he didn't have suitable spacers nor long bolts.

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

Bro, mistaken lah. not $15 per bolt lah. $15 for 10 bolts.

Cheers!

Should be fairly safe dude.
Xkrim3 is running on 20 front and 15 rear right now :)

Re: WTB: 15mm hubcentric spacers

wow,

20 front and 15 rear? why? i thought he's holding off on the BBK?

anyway, it as i mentioned when we met at sin ming, i now need 25mm spacers as measured by j4c....... not 15mm.
