I am changing to a MPV to meet my growing population.

Nevertheless, the X1 is spacious with a good boot size. The details are as follows:

exterior Colour: White
interior & upholstery: Black
Original BMW 17" rims
mileage: 5700Km
Warranty agent: PML
COE: $48000
OMV: $29200

Its well kept, original accessories intact, bluetoothed, v-kooled, i-pod-able with cables provided.

Let me know if you or your friends are interested. i am looking at a reasonable $162k(slightly negotiable if you are sincere to book my car).

Some mistakes?

No. Just shocked that the OMV is so low. Did a check on all X1s and yes, they hover around 28-29K levels. Cannot understand why it was so low.

I don't think the OMV value is real. you can also see the new F10 OMV is only close to 37k for the 523i,which is lower than a E90 320i 40k.doesn't make sense uh haha. i guess pml did something to gain more profit out of the lower omv.

Re: WTS BMW X1 Sdrive18 (Dec 2010)

The OMV may have decreased for new car but the taxes imposed for imports fills up the gap...

Going by price proportions, the new 5 series is even worse as mentioned earlier. My E93's OMV was also so much more......

Been around... I have been following OMVs of other makes; Audi, MB, Lexus, etc, and none of them display the low OMV as PML cars. I can only say one thing. PML declares lower OMV on the pretext of bringing value to customers but in actual fact, their prices have not really gone down. Their profit margin went up!

Bad example. PML F10 OMV hovers 35-36K. PI F10 OMVs hover 40-45K. Price of car cheaper somemore...

If you are close with any sales man in pml, they might tell you the reason behind the omv.

Re: WTS BMW X1 Sdrive18 (Dec 2010)

The low OMV for the recent BMW is a known fact ..... there is no need for any debate. I am sure that most people buying BMWs knows what they are paying and getting for.

Someone is trying to sell his car and we should respect that. Let the potential buyer decide if it is a good deal and there is no need to "rub" it in at this moment to talk about the low OMV.
