Hi All

My ride is back up for sale because I may stay overseas for a longer period of time.

-Very good condition E36 318 Manual
-Black exterior, Light grey interior
-renewed COE till 3/2019

Lots of wear and tear parts replaced with simple mods with receipts available:

1. Engine completely overhauled in March this year with new pistons, cams etc
2. Radiator replaced
3. 17" BBS RX rims with
4. Goodyear F1 tyres (2 year olds)
5. SILENT insulation on all 4 doors
6. Replaced engine and transmission mounts
7. Replaced steering rubber boot
8. Reconditioned getrag manual gearbox
9. Reconditioned driveshaft and shift assembly
10. New Bosch MAF
11. New clutch
12. M3 short shifter
13. ///M lighted gear knob
14. Bilstein B8 shocks (1 yr old)
15. H&R lowering springs (1 yr old)
16. ///M steering wheel with tri-colour stitching
17. Hurricane air filter
18. Reverse sensor

better than a new OPC car in 2008 with the $50 COE... scrap only $2000+ hahaha

I am wondering does it mean that 3162coe + 2000body value + 2k Profit?

Total 7162 for 10 yrs??? U have or not??? intro me leh....

I am not picking a fight but body value 27K comment is uncalled for. the depre per year is only 3k max.... what wrong???

Given if u renewed ur coe at 5000. be it 2nd round... will u just sell at the paper value or will u sell at normal market depre maybe slightly lower but still i seriously think that 27K body value comment is uncalled for when ppl trying to sell.

I still UPZ weech car!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bumpz for your sale... looks like a lot of things have been done for future buyer...

weech you gotta look for cash buyer I think - prospective buyers won't be able to get loan on the car.
