Seecode Wheel Hands-Free Bluetooth Car Kit (Latest Version V3)
Bluetooth Hands-Free that Attaches to your Steering Wheel, with A2DP for playing music
Used only for a short while, still in very good condition, with box/packaging

Bought for $268 and used it for a few months until I changed a new car with an in-built bluetooth hands-free and GPS. So I have no use for this device, but I am really reluctant to let it go because the 'cool' factor on this device is simply hard to resist. Attaches on your steering wheel and allows the most convenient access to phone calls (compared to all other bluetooth car kits out there!).

I am also told by the distributor this item is out of stock for quite some time so this is a good chance for you to get a good, used condition set at a good price!

I was using this. Reliability and quality of BT transmission very good.

But IT BLOCKS THE DASHBOARD BADLY. Also very troublesome to have to charge every few days.

And bcos it is attached to the steering wheel, you have to remove the battery to charge instead of just plugging in a car charger while driving.

Good product, neat design, practical use. But ergo-metric flaw.

Well it doesn't block my dashboard. You would appreciate that different cars may have different dashboard design. Also new in this version 3, there is a cool looking magnifier glass (See picture above) which is optional, but if you like to install it helps to magnify your speedometer readings etc

As for charging - in Version 2 (which I previously had) they only gave 1 battery, but in this Version 3, they give you 2 batteries, so you use one, you charge one. Very convenient. Also, in car charger provided, so you can charge in your car, on the go.

what makes you think i did not? I did not read anything that suggests the device must be removed to change battery.

MapleLeaf did mention that device must be removed to be charged for his version which only came with 1 battery.

I was thinking this device might have a lid to allow easy swapping of battery while allowing it to remain on the steering wheel.

Hey thanks for the question, it was/is a valid question. The device does not need to be removed from your steering wheel in order to charge the battery. On the underside of the device, there are 2 catches which you need to push, and the battery slides out, you connect to the car charger provided and you charge it. There is a spare battery, so while you charge that battery, you insert this spare battery and you continue using the device with no interruption. And so on, and so forth.
