X1 steering wheel vibration

We got our new X1 sdrive 18 manual transmission 4 weeks ago and with a little over 400km on the clock we are noticing a vibration on the steering wheel.

The vibration is present whenever the gearing is engaged, when the car is stationary or moving in neutral there is no vibration.

Can anyone with an X1 confirm if this a problem with our car, with the sDrive 18d or a "design feature" of the X1?

Could it be the gearbox problem? X1 transmission problems not unusual. I got mine final drive replaced not too long ago.

there are two types of steering, old-sytle hydraulic and EPS. Which is common in Singapore?

not sure about 18i, but all the 20i has EPS.

I dun care iys hydraulic or EPS.... I am just enjoying my m sport steering wheel with paddle shifters. ;-)

Seems line there are a few people in the UK with vibrating steering wheels here.
