For me, it depends on road/driver conditions.....only overtake when need be, otherwise just normal driving.

I used to be fairly impatient so I tended to switch lanes a fair bit. :/

That said, I don't think BMs are as nifty, as say, a Mini, when switching lanes rapidly etc.
