There are days that I go home to find no lots at all although I have season parking. honestly, I don't know if the hike in the price can help but I doubt so. These people will have to park somewhere. Nowadays, I don't even get to buy season parking near my places and have to walk like 200m to get to the carpark where I park my car. It all boils down to precinct planning. I'm hoping the hike would help but the malaysian cars in the estate will continue to take up all the lots during weekends. I wonder where they all come from.

Agree.. But sad thing is not every MSCP have sufficient red lots.
There's a pretty popular kopitiam below the MSCP at where I park mine, so during weekends or PH, you'll see the carpark more occupied during dinner hours & we have to park our car much higher even when we're back home early.. I've seen some MSCP with full red lots at the lower levels & more levels actually. But sadly the one I'm parking at have got only 50% red lots at the lower levels, & it's really minimal red lots level nia..
Strangely, just right across the street where there's a kopitiam (with lesser crowd) below the MSCP too have got much more red lots, most probably double. What are the people in charge of these areas doing & thinking.....

I'm sure your MP will look into it and try to provide solutions or even further develop for the convenience of all residents.
However, if you are in an area that belongs to those that wait for you to Work and they Party then perhaps..........
