Sorry to say, but your friend is officially FUGGED, OWNED, REARENDED....many other adjetives I can think of but you catch the drift?

Be prepared to settle for super high premium. AXA is a reliable insurance company but once they turn you down, they have their reasons and there's nothing you can do to make them take you back.

is there a time limit to when the record will be erased?

if u have 2 cars in yr name, and 1 car u kana 2-3 accidents and u have claims while the other has none at all and still have NCD. if u sold the accident car away, will the other insurance premium for the other car increase too?

it will not. but you're gonna have to keep your okay car for another 3 years. thats because when you renew next year with the same insurer, you do not need to declare anything, so even your NCD is still there. But the moment you sell your non-accident car and buy a new car, then you're gonna have to declare that you've got an accident on your the other car which was within the last 3 years, so you will kena the NCD removed and maybe loading.
