Yes, it is likely a leak in the reservoir due to old age and degradation of the plastic tank. You can choose to replace it or just live with it - and top up your reservoir every time you top up petrol.

Hard to speculate and diagnose with just that. Would recommend that you go to your trusted workshop to have it checked out. However, if you are worried that this will impact your sale of car - then might want to spend the money to get it fixed so you can sell it in peace.

Not likely because of the rim change only. As Viper has recommended, do send it in to your trusted workshop for a check-up. Not being able to reach 100km/h cannot be related to tyres/rims, but likely engine.

Have you tried holding your remote to the steering column where there is a marking indicating where you should position the key? Also, was the battery fitted correctly? Did you try locking/unlocking using the remote?
