IMO you made the mistake of taking delivery of the car...you should refuse the car and ask for a new one on the basis of low omv...if they refuse, then maybe you seek legal advice or something...now you have taken it, took their...

thats really high. haizz...i blame no one with my 80k omv...too ganchiong in my purchase, plus i nvr see omv as so important.

I believe your car omv is not too far away at 79k? to comfort ourselves, 10k different from others lo.
i did not do much check on omv..thought its pretty much standard..esp from AD how bad can it be?
will be more cautious next time.

but that doesn't mean I can let the matter rest when they want me to sign a legal letter for transfer of the unused Coe under my name, with fraudulent content inside. And have the decency to ask my SE to talk to me, making the matter hush...

service seems a little careless.. I wud expect this if its PML given their high volume...a bit let down...

Maybe you should call and feedback. I dont think they would discriminate against non M cars. Doesnt make biz sense to do that.

their service is good. have to give credit when due....so they will feel appreciated and maintain =D
but i got a feeling is that they have to remain compact as I feel with higher volume, service regardless everywhere will be compromised somewhat...so...

i guess so long as the omv is within market range, everyone should be happy. in all fairness, auto industry is probably already quite transparent as compared to other industries.

Good decision on that...the economy is probably gg technical recession in q3 and 4..sub 2 percent growth expected next yr..
M5 is a beast..just a pity it doesnt look radically different from the normal 5 series...not much distinction..
