Re: Buying used, which car evaluation service to go for?
yeah the conflict of interest is what worries me... has anyone brought their cars to be evaluated by any of the companies here? VICOM is very good but expensive.
sgcarmart's dealers seem to use STA by default. i am a little uncomfortable that dealers seem alright with them, if you know what i mean.
When I sold my previous ride, the buyer went with Vicom and I was surprised by how much they uncover, even noting a minor fender bender accident/repair...
Re: What was the first thing you did for your pre-owned car?
front spoiler?? what's that?
yeah, checking the brakes and filters is a must. what is a good place to service a bimmer? prefer somewhere in the east.
not a fan of performance mod. imho, short of putting in a nos system or a turbo...
Re: What was the first thing you did for your pre-owned car?
ya, i will probably leave it as it is if it drives ok. just wondering what other folks do. the car already has vcool (or at least the stickers) but i really like having roller blinds in my previous cars so that's something i am...
depending on STA report of course... would it make sense to do a servicing? check the balancing?
what else did you do? tint the windows, roller blinds, ICE, etc.? or just a good wash/polish?
Re: ok this is awkard...
this is harder than becoming a free mason... anyway, i just bought a late 04 520 and wonder what's the first thing folks do when they get a pre-owned car. service the car? new tires? balance the tires? tint?
also i don't think the car come with the owner's manual...
Re: E60 Interior Trims
