LL04 is meant for countries where petrol has low sulfur content. SG petrol has high sulfur content hence LL01 is recommended. You can use LL04 just that the change interval has to be shortened. From around 10k down to 4-5k.

Bro you shouldn’t be that concerned about viscosity. Go for LL01 approved oils instead.
