could not understand why issue team order and the coded message was dumb.

how dumb was that ?
may be can say alonso is 1s behind bla bla bla ... then just say need to look after your tyres or gearbox or save fuel ... that's the coded message for all !

haha .. Ferrari was fined not due to break of rule but didn't have the decency to be subtle about it . they treat the steward and millions of spectators are FOOLS

Team orders are nothing new in F1. But the outlawing of such directives is a relatively-new matter and the real outrage of Ferrari's machinations is that they didn't even have the decency to be subtle about it. They thought themselves untouchable and they thought the rest of us to be gullible fools.

didnt mclaren recently tell hamilton and button to "conserve fuel" shortly after vettel crashed into webber. team orders will always exist. Simply because the team owner dictates how their team will perform, what car you can use, when to pit, when to retire, etc (of coz with driver input). In racing, drivers are employees hired by team owners to get the team's car to a good result. Formula 1 started out with car builders building their cars then going around to look for people to drive for them. Constructors titles are the main objective, not drivers titles. And so evolutionarily fast fwd to now, you will still get incidents like this.
In any case, Formula 1 will still be exciting, and nice to watch provided Paula Malai Ali stops pronouncing Valencia as "valenTHia", and sadly, Steve Dawson has ignorantly chosen to follow her irritating geh kiang way of speaking. And also, stop pronouncing Bahrain as "bakrain". I cannot tahan liao
