ENG's shot definitely crossed the goal line.

Referees and linesman are making errors.... Now, no one is perfect... Football should leverage the available technology to view and review before confirming decisions that are incorrect.

my friend told me that tennis introduce video technology and give each 2 chances to challenge the referee decisions
i kind of like the idea that it could be use for football especially world cup where 2 chances is given to each team to challenge referee mistake and decide by the coach especially goal, penalty (fault in penalty box), offside goal, handball, etc

Rugby uses replays to determine decisions if there is any doubt. Believe this is the best practice.

i kind of like the idea that it could be use for football especially world cup where 2 chances is given to each team to challenge referee mistake and decide by the coach especially goal, penalty (fault in penalty box), offside goal, handball, etc

Apparently there will be 2 extra linesmen positioned near the goalposts at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
