I can just go through small claims but yeah it's only gonna be a waste of my time. I would love to hear his explanation too, this time to all my dearest brothers here and not to me as a XMM. I may seem too good to be bullied.. But I won't wanna go around begging anymore.

You're right, don't bother with the tribunal. Brand new SB is less than $500, second will be worth much less. Not worth your time.

he sounds like a true un-gentleman.
don't worry lah, resale value of used sprint booster ~$250.
don't let it spoil your whole experience, even if you can't get him on legality.
like others have said.
dragging his own name through the mud for $250 is pretty silly.
Re: the paintjob.
i've not seen the damage/nicks on yours per se.
A minor touchup job referred to two parties
Can cost anything from $100 to $500
Depending on whom you go to.
Every paint house has it's own approach, workmanship & materials.
I've seen little nicks/scratches where one party says $100 to spot respray.
Another party says $500 to respray bumper.
so... as long as you know what you're doing.
you should be fine.

Maybe I'm a bit evil for corrupting an 18 year old (still considered as "minor" right?), but if you can I think you should get your car tuned. I'm still over the moon with how my ride feels now.

toto and his SB... i like consistency.
to TS, now that you have named him, hopefully he offers a S$250 [resale for SB] explanation. hopefully, this saga ends well.
enjoy the ride and MTL on mods.
btw, 18 yo sounds damn long ago... enjoy your time.
