Hi Aaron and guys, just want to check, my aircon has this chemical smell once in a while when in operation. I have no issues with the air temp as my aircon can get rather cold at times. it can happen anytime and usually last for 5-15 mins. it is not overpowering and this has been going on for about a month. don't think the aircon gas is leaking else I would be experiencing hot air by now.

currently on 2010 320i LCI

any idea what is wrong?

I am guessing either u have moulds in the air-con system

Or

Air-con has leakage

If air con gas leaking, the air will be warmer right? I'm still getting cold air at 25.5c :/

yesterday, i just went to replace my aircon compressor and cooling.Bro u can pm me for informations.

Don't get what u r asking.
U changed the cooling coil and compressor and u need who to PM u what?

Hi Aaron, may I have this contact for Aircon servicing. My aircon is cold initially when it starts off and slowly gets hotter. When I increase the fan speed, the coldness is back. Once you reduce the fan speed, gets cold again.

I want to get it checked.

After my car jerk problem comes my air-con not cold problem, luckily found another sharing thread from Aaron (thanks bro!).

Just wonder, any bro knows beside the Woodlands WS, another other WS in the west has similar air-con recovery machine? TIA!

My car is not having any air con problem however it being 5 year old, I guess it good to have it checked anyway.
