Air leaking sound...

Just reliased my car got some air leaking sound at the fuel tank area. Can hear the sound very clear especially when engine is cool. Car is running OK, so haven't bring it to see doctor. Just wondering anyone got this funny sound?? Mine is E46, 2.2l. Hope to get some info from all of you before send my car to see doctor.

I am not sure...Astrosky. Which dampers you're refering to?? Some of my friend told me is coz by fuel pump, so even say is exhaust gas..... blur blur now... don understand. Anyway thank you for your opinion...

Of coz the fuel cap on proberly. The sound is from base of the car. To be more specific, is at the right side of passenger seat ( underneath ). Its allmost 4 month already, car still ok... nothing abnormal. Just don like the sound.....

vac modulator oin the trans is leaking?

dunno mate, go see a mechanic, lift the car up on the hoist and LOOK
