anyone managed to get chinese characters from their F10 idrive?

Hi there,

I am having problems that my F10 iDrive does not show any chinese fonts. can anyone here let me know if PML F10 have the same issues? Mine is a PI UK import. thanks!

what are the language option available? if there is no chinese language available, you can try Japanese but this only support "traditional chinese" as Japanese Kanji = traditional chinese

mine did not even have a japanese language option. Was trying to find out if the language can be updated via Software update.

nope PML car here (320i) - no chinese font.

my PML unit also cant display chinese characters frm my ipod songs...

I saw some 3rd party software updates which incorporates chinese korean and japanese.. But doesn't come cheap..
