ArmorCoat???

Re: ArmorCoat???

hi July_08,

First of all, we apologise. (to that particular customer especially.)

We thank you for the tip on learning and finding out more about how to dismantle the vehicles.
Regarding BMW n some contis, some clips/items do get damaged with removal and will require replacement.

here's one example.
http://www.bmw-sg.com/forums/exterior-section/38794-unbiased-review-sin-wee-chuan-aka-mike.html
Mike even changed some of the parts which broke when the car was dismantled

We pleged to take good care of every customer's car.
e.g. All dismantled small parts are placed in ziplock bags n labelled accordingly. This is to ensure what is taken out is put back.

The overspray on that car has been overlooked by 2 pair of eyes. That was our oversight. We now have 3 pair of eyes to ensure that all details are picked up.
Again, we are sorry for the oversprayed episode. If correct, it was an ArmorCoat job. And unlike regular clearcoat which overspray can be buffed off.

Rectification work is in progress. We aim for total customer satisfaction.

Thanks for the tips, Sorry for the mistake.

ArmorCoatSG.

Re: ArmorCoat???

One of the rare times I see a service provider readily accept responsibility for any (alleged) mistakes and apologise so sincerely.

I think ArmorCoatSG deserves a pat on the back, at least for this.

As for the product, I dun know cos I have never used it before...
