Somehow jeremy and team not always impressed with BMW but when it comes to ///M, they give hands down credit to M cars over the competition.

Oh even my young nephew also know what is an M3, but no clue simi RS5. So I think resale M is better, M for the FTW !!!

RS5 looks better to me. I prefer the driving dynamics of the M3 since I have tested both the RS5 and the M3. Shall go to munich and see look again before making my decision.

RS5 is half a cycle later than M3..... the more appropriate comparison would be the RS5 against the M3 Comp.

I think it takes only one test drive to know which one you will fall in love with....... I did, and I already know.......

When you getting it? Group buy the front carbon splitter ai mai?

When new m is out, no one will rem the last v8 when the turbo can chip up to 500hp or more. Kenn say one

Btw...Munich's test coupe is now fitted with the M exhaust and downshifting blip is fierce! RS5 sounds demure by comparison! hehe

Well, the same could be said about opinions in a BMW forum vs VAGSG.

Even Jeremy Clarkson is said to be less-than-objective.

Having driven an M3 for almost 2.5years now, I can say that the M3 is a more "fun" and "engaging" car to drive because the car be uncontrollably controlled driving at the limits if you know how to play with the balance of the car. You have to know exactly what you are doing to really enjoy the M3. The RS5 which is a quattro offers very stable and civlised fun however, it does't frighten or incinuate you to do something stupid because of the way the car is setup and designed to drive. You can't drive an RS5 the way you drive an M3. It will get you killed.

For that reason, the M3 is a more sharp and tactile weapon if you know how to harness the way it has been designed to drive. I have always been a fan of RWD cars and it offers great rewards if driven properly. You can have a little dirty fun when you want to or you can drive it like a gentleman in a tuxedo. Not to put down the RS5, but the quattro system takes away alot of the steering feedback in the car. That itself dampens the driving feel which is why almost any luxo-sports coupe which is 4WD feels wooden.
