Bartley Residence

Re: Bartley Residence

There is another one freehold 70 units upcoming around there.

FYI, Bartley Residence is consider Flats not condo status. You can refer to their Factsheet.
What I had enquire is that there is not enough set back in the compound so classified as Flats.

Not sure.. Saw from here --> Bartley Residences | City Fringe Living at Bartley Residences

So during launch already 18%? Did your friend enjoy the discount then? Maybe he not staying nearby so don't have district discount or move closer discount?

But still, I saw the pricing page PRICING | Bartley Residences and like not bad leh.. Not forgetting it's near to MRT and some of the good schools.

Re: Bartley Residence

Sorry still learning, what is Flat? I only know HDB Flats, Condo, Apartment, Cluster House, EC. Is that a new classification?

not sure if they had gotten the discount but if its like wat you mentioned, then it should be across the board type i.e. they should have been accorded

Location is good simply bcos of the MRT. Amenities wise, I say its quite terrible ......

Re: Bartley Residence

For what I know is due to the spacing for each block which are quite close to each others. That why they have a classification under Flats.

some insider tips.

heard that there will be some commercial buildings (shopping centre) being build across Bartley residence soon...keep a close look...

Ya, location adds to the price i think. And if like what rt33 had mentioned before that commercial buildings will be built around there, I suppose it should be worth the price liao.

Re: Bartley Residence

It is consider Private. As for Private apartment status is classified if the land is less than 40,000sqft.

Condo status the boundary need to have set back 3 metres to 5 metres from the wall or fences plus the land must be 40,000sqft and above.

I think Bartley Residences classified as Private Flats is due to the Block clearance not enough as it might be too close.
